WARNING: Priority Wealth Network SCAM

I don't usually write one of these but this one I could not pass up.

I don't know how you all feel about CASH GIFTING activities but personally I consider them illegal.

Now...The idea is sending someone a CASH GIFT through the mail in and of itself is not illegal. BUT...when you recruit and train others to do the same thing (for financial gain,) THAT is when it becomes illegal, because at that point, you have turned it into an income producing venture (a business) and are therefore REQUIRED BY FEDERAL LAW to pay taxes on it.

There is a new Home Biz Opportunity (SCAM) that is going around called the PRIORITY WEALTH NETWORK. I have looked at this and it is nothing more than another CASH GIFTING activity that operates off line instead of online.

What you do is you print out a physical form (from a pdf) that you MAIL to the company with a 10 dollar non refundable admin fee to receive back a master copy of a sales flyer with a special affiliate code on it that starts you in position 4.In a few weeks their system puts you into position 1 that enables you to start receiving 100 dollar cash gifts through the mail.

You also get a LIST of 150 peal and stick address labels of supposedly targeted people interested in starting a home based business. You can also request postcards if you like for a cheaper way to advertise through direct mail. You mail all these out to get people interested in doing the same thing that you just did.

*********************RED FLAGS********************

1. The creators of this VERY PRIVATE activity claim that it was originally designed to help Senior Citizens with their daily ongoing expenses. These are the FIRST people that SCAMMERS love to target and rip off.

2. Only those who live in the US can participate.

3. There is NO tos or privacy policy or forum on the website. All they provide is a toll free 800 contact number which I called and got a recording to leave a message. No company name was stated on the message just a personal message from some guy named John. It was like you were calling a private residence.

4. You receive your 100 gifts through the U.S. Postal Service by Priority Mail.(BIG MISTAKE) If you are caught by the U.S. Postal Service using them to do this, that is considered MAIL FRAUD. A FEDERAL OFFENSE that you WILL (not can) but WILL go to Prison for. (Why do you think that cash gifters use PRIVATE CARRIERS like FedEX and UPS to do this? The US Postal Service has its own Police Force that CAN and WILL arrest you.

5. The List You receive (150 names and addresses) could be bogus or you could get the same list that they mail to everyone. This means that the same person would be receiving the same exact offer from you and thousands of others. There is NO statement on the website that the list is unique to each person and not a duplicate of what everyone else receives.

6. There are NO Refunds! The Owner Gets thousands of 10 dollar admin fees. So who is really making the money?

*****************************************************

So...Its up to you but I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND that if you have seen this on YouTube or any other video sharing site or social network or even here in VN or if you have received a sales flyer in the mail for this...TRASH IT!

I would hate to hear that you had a visit from two U.S. Postal Inspector FEDS showing up at your door, hauling you off in handcuffs in front of your family.

I personally would not get involved with ANYTHING that you can not legally call a business. If you want to see how I am making money (legally) then please visit my website at:

Hope This Has Helped

I know all about cash gifting. I had a friend who makes a living on cash gifting but when I told him I would not join our friendship ended. Then I met another guy who was in cash gifting and was making nothing. So not only can you make money but you can not make money.

People have tried to tell me it is legal so churches use the same strategy guy accepting cash gifts but I say churches and other non profit organizations are asking face to fast for cash donations to support a cause and through the mail too. However, it is going for a cause and you don't send cash to them but a check instead!

Anyway, I too believe it is illegal just like the scam where you recieve a letter and send 5 people on your list $1 each. Then retype or write your name in the first spot and move everyone down and the person that was in fifth place is off. Then make 200 copies, buy address labels and leads and then send the letter to 200 people which you pay for shipping and send the letter with $1 in it too everyone on your list.

This I receive all the time but they are also online now too where you send each on the list $1 through paypal and then send the email too 200 people!

Both that and cash gifting are similar concepts!

good information as always Ken. Everyday we hear about these get rich schemes trying to get hard earned cash out of people's pockets especially the senior citizens. Often too we are fooled into joining them although we are made aware of them we are still easily caught in their traps and can never receive the initial investment. Lots of information on the web please take some time and read all about them they come with different names like the Bonzi scheme etc.,take a special note of the list below and check on them.

Honestly, It's just too hard to figure out a scammed program. With the economy or shall I say before the economy flew over it's coo coo nest, you still had these too good to be true programs out there. I know that you have quite a few legit ones around, but seriously how can we tell?

I have mentioned this many of times here but again this is the best way to do your research on what is legit or not. Go to Google and in the search bar type in the company name you wanna find out about followed by the word scam. You should find many scam reviews on the company and then apply it to what you already know and decide for yourself. Many times you can say o that is a scam if they are telling you something that sounds too good to be true.

Hope that helps:-)

William that's exactly what I do before joining a program, but some are still too convincing than others. I don't believe the million or $60,000 overnight bolony. I just look for the ones that say you can earn a descent amount of cash. Maybe some one should start a thread about all the MLM companies out there and let's really find out the truth! I'm with alot of programs and some I just want to get rid of!!!

Defending a program is one thing..but then turning it into a spam session is another. New members NEED to read the rules before posting. That is why the post was deleted.

And William you were not talking to yourself...

Tasha, first off read read the rules. No all caps allowed. By the way sure you can make a lot of money scamming others too get the money but after you make the money everything slows down and your out of business faster than you went in. Trust me, I have had 2 friends in cash gifting and they stopped making any money and now there is no way of getting a hold of them now that they both live on the street with nothing!!!

My advice. Only work with REAL INC. companies that have been in business at least 5-7 years, have a REAL viable product (thats in demand) and a way you can contact the company either by phone or direct e-mail. Stay away from ANYTHING that is a NEW Pre-Launch Cash Generating System (unless you know the developer of it). Chances are these type of FLY BY NIGHT outfits close down once they have enough of peoples money.
