Where can I see the FAQ? I was wandering around and just can't find it.

Thats because we don't have one....don't really need it. Between the members helping each other, and the Wiki which has information on all the features here, most questions are covered and answered quickly.
Up until the current problems we have been experiencing I hadn't seen a question posted that wasn't answered to the satisfaction of the person posting it in a very short amount of time. If not by Admin or moderators, then by a fellow member. One of the great things about VN! We try to help each other at all times !

That's why! I thought I was not just able to come across with it. Yeah I agree, no questions are unanswered here. Even if there some questions in my mind that I failed to post, by and by I see it's answer while reading a lot of things round here.

Well, I was looking for the FAQs also. When I went to the contact us support page it states to read the FAQs prior to contacting support.

So thats what I tried to do, since a link was provided I visited that page which ended up openning the same page I was on again without any FAQ links.

Quite frustrating to be lead in circle to get no where.

Hadn't noticed that yet, but the new site is only two days old. I will bring this up with Admin...but if you have any questions just send me a message and I will do my best to get you an answer as quickly as I can.
Also tho with the trainig videos, and the different categories in the forum you might try looking through them, or use the search feature...if you haven't tried that yet....just a thought.

I had the same problem as Dominick. I was able to eventually find the information that I was looking for. Thanks James for jumping on problems so quickly. I definitely think that the members are helpful and the information here is really useful. There is just a lot and it can be overwhelming.

I agree that it is overwhelming and even more so since we relaunched. Wow, the outcome keeps me unable to keep up like I could before!

Just go through the site daily and be active. Thats how I try to keep up. I am not able to be here ever since day, 365 days out of the year but I am here as much as possible.

If you have any questions maybe this would be a good thread to have for that!

What do you think? or would that be hijacking the thread?
